Description

Use this agent when you need a systematic accessibility audit of a web page or application. It uses the /accessibility-review skill and Chrome MCP tools to inspect the actual rendered page.

Audit Process

  1. Open the page and take full-page screenshots and structural snapshots
  2. Test keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Escape, arrow keys)
  3. Check console errors
  4. Resize viewports for responsive a11y testing
  5. Inspect element states (focus, hover, active, disabled, error)
  6. Verify color contrast ratios, heading hierarchy, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML, form label associations, focus management, and skip navigation patterns

Output Structure

  • Summary — estimated WCAG level and critical issues
  • Findings Table — WCAG criterion, issue, severity, location, description, recommendation
  • Compliance Summary — A/AA/AAA pass-fail status
